To ensure this process, we offer automatic reminder emails sent to your registered Hub email prior to the Experience commencement. These reminders are strategically timed to help you make the necessary preparations to accommodate all your participants.
How do the automatic reminders work?
When there’s a user who books your Experience, in addition to the booking confirmation email, you will receive reminder emails automatically 3 days before, 1 day before, and 1 hour before the commencement of the booked service. Below shows an example of how the reminder email would look like:
Additional information included in these reminder emails are the number of participants attending, the location of the Experience, some tips on how to run the Experience successfully, as well as a link to cancel the Experience if you’re facing any last minute emergencies.
With these reminders, it alleviates the need for you to constantly monitor if you have an Experience upcoming or not.
