Not sure how to cancel or reschedule your booking when your plans change? Here is how!
Any user on Mereka Connect is eligible to cancel their Experience or Space booking anytime. However, you should bear in mind our cancellation policy - learn more about it here.
To initiate the cancellation:
Navigate to the "My Bookings" section of the user menu.
Click the relevant service's title (in our example, it is "Sample Experience").
On the reservation details page, scroll to the bottom and find the "Cancel Booking" link.
It is always necessary to state the reason for your cancellation. Select any from the list or tick "Other" and type your own reason in the text field. Once you have done so, click "Proceed".
A confirmation email would be sent out to both you and the hosting Hub. The cancelled booking would be shown in the respective section of the "My Bookings" tab.
You may alternatively click the "View booking details" button in your initial booking confirmation email under the title "Booking confirmation for Mereka Connect". You would be redirected to the "My Bookings" page afterwards. Please note that you would be prompted to sign in first in case you have logged out of the platform before.
Your refund amount would depend on the timeline of your cancellation. To explore the refund options, please refer to this article.
It is currently not possible to reschedule your booking manually. Please contact the Mereka Connect team via [email protected] to discuss your options and get assistance with the rescheduling process. Alternatively, you may fill in this enquiry form.
