Visibility for Hub Reviews

Receiving and replying to user reviews is an important part of ensuring the success of your Hub, by listening to your reviews and improving the experience of your future events, you will build stronger relationships with your audience, demonstrate that you value their feedback, and enhance the overall quality of your Hub.

With this new update, we bring more visibility for Hubs to see the reviews given by their participants by adding a dedicated review section. You can now view, reply, or report any user review in a more user friendly and streamlined way!

Reminder emails for your upcoming Experience

We want to ensure you’re aware and prepared to run your Experience for your eager participants! To ensure this process, we offer automatic reminder emails sent to your registered Hub email 3 days, 1 day, and 1 hour prior to the Experience commencement. These reminders are strategically timed to help you make the necessary preparations to accommodate all your participants.

Notification to Verify your identity on Stripe

Hubs will be receiving an alert on the top of their Hub Dashboard page to verify their identity with our payment gateway, Stripe, if they haven’t already. This process is required for Hubs to withdraw their funds! This alert will give Hubs a clear understanding on what to do, and avoid having any delays in receiving their well earned profits.
