Express Experiences

Previously, in order to list an Experience on Mereka Connect, Hubs would only have the option to fill in the regular ‘Platform Listing’, which is a multistep process. After that, the Mereka Admins would need to approve the listing in order for it to be live on the platform.

With the addition of this Express Listing, Hubs would just need to fill a single page of required information, and the listing would immediately go live without the need of Mereka Admins to approve it. After completing the listing, you will be given a link and QR code to share with your users, and these will take them to a direct checkout where they can purchase your tickets. Note that Express Experiences will not be visible on the platform.

Emails will be sent to Hubs when they cancel their Experience

Hubs might face several circumstances which causes them to cancel their Experience. Currently, upon making an Experience cancellation, emails about the cancellation are only sent to the participants who booked that particular slot.

By enabling Hubs to get a confirmation email of their cancellation as well, it will ensure every team member of the Hub is aware of this, in order to avoid any potential conflicts or misunderstandings.

Closest timeslot is now displayed on the Experience cards

Now when users explore Experiences on Mereka Connect, the closest available timeslot will be displayed to users on the Experience cards. This change allows users to see when the upcoming timeslot is without having the need to click on the Experience details page.
